DJM Consulting is proud to support Orbitel International Group in the global launch of O’s Bubble MOCHI BOBA (BOBA 3.0), the world’s first shelf-stable, ready-to-eat boba snack requiring no microwave, no heating, and no prep.


Crafted for on-the-go lifestyles and modern convenience, this innovative product reimagines how boba can be experienced - not just as a beverage, but as a bite-sized treat. DJM helped define the global narrative, shaping campaign messaging that blends product innovation with cultural storytelling.


Under the creative leadership of President Gary Tsai and CEO Fanny Chen, BOBA 3.0 represents the evolution of Orbitel’s vision - moving from frozen (BOBA 1.0) and instant microwaveable boba (BOBA 2.0) to a new era of no-prep snacking. From traditional roots to modern formats, DJM’s role was to position this leap not just as a product milestone, but as a category-defining movement.
