Client Solutions & Creative Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Client Solutions & Creative Manager to support business development efforts, craft compelling client-facing content, and collaborate on strategic initiatives that deliver value to clients and partners.

Role Overview:
As Client Solutions & Creative Manager, you will support DJM’s growth across its service lines — EVOLUTION (business transformation), EXPANSION (market entry & audience strategy), ELEVATION (PR & media), and ENRICHMENT (leadership & communications). This is a strategic yet hands-on role that blends creative execution, brand development, client support, and business development. You will work directly with the CEO, partners, and collaborators to build DJM’s reputation, deliver impactful presentations, and help secure new opportunities. In a start-up environment, you will also provide operational and coordination support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Client Development

Support the creation of business proposals, credentials decks, and tailored pitch materials for new business opportunities.

Identify and articulate DJM’s capabilities into compelling offerings tailored to prospects across different regions.

Participate in strategic brainstorms, proposal reviews, and pipeline discussions.

Contribute to DJM’s marketing, thought-leadership, and external positioning to drive awareness and lead generation.
Client Engagement & Project Support

Assist with project-based client deliverables — including content structuring, research, writing, and presentation design.

Provide creative input in workshops, client sessions, or pitch meetings.

Liaise with external contributors (e.g. writers, designers, editors, production vendors) to support execution.
Creative Partnerships & Collaboration

Build strong collaboration networks with clients, media platforms, content creators, influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance DJM’s project delivery and market presence.

Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, ensuring alignment and effective communication between internal teams and external partners.

Liaise with creative agencies, designers, video editors, and production vendors to manage timelines and ensure the delivery of high-quality creative and branded content.
Brand Storytelling & Strategic Content

Ensure DJM’s brand voice, storytelling style, and visual identity are consistently applied across all digital and offline touchpoints.

Design and develop DJM’s presentations, case studies, credentials decks, marketing materials, and social media assets to support brand and business development.

Work with the DJM leadership to turn abstract ideas and strategic narratives into structured, visually engaging content and brand expressions.

Manage and regularly update DJM’s website content, structure, and visuals to ensure alignment with the company’s positioning and ongoing initiatives.

Plan and execute DJM’s social content calendar (e.g., LinkedIn), including post creation, content scheduling, and engagement tracking.
Operations & Administrative Support

Provide day-to-day support to the CEO and project leaders — e.g., document preparation, schedule coordination, note-taking, and version tracking.

Manage and organize project files, templates, and creative assets for internal use.

Help coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of briefing decks or discussion materials.

Qualifications & Skills:
Core Experience:
-
Professional Background: 5-8 years of experience in brand strategy, content development, client services, or related roles within a consultancy, media, or creative agency environment.

Strategic Thinking & Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to support the development of compelling brand narratives, client proposals, and presentation materials tailored to different markets.
-
Regional Awareness: Familiarity with the APAC and/or China media landscape and an understanding of cultural nuances in brand communications is preferred.
Technical Skills & Collaboration Attitude:

Content Development: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and design editing tools to support content execution.

Digital Platforms: Comfortable managing website content updates and social media assets using basic CMS tools (e.g., Wix, WordPress) and scheduling platforms.

Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners to ensure delivery of high-quality work.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
Business Development:

Proposal & Presentation Development: Skilled in structuring, formatting, and polishing decks and materials that clearly convey value to clients and prospects.

Client-Facing Experience: Experience supporting client servicing, pitch preparations, and external communication in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Adaptability:

Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with flexibility.
