DJM Joins AI for Retail Forum 2026 and 6th Asia's Best Commerce Awards

On 9 July 2026, DJM Consulting participated in the AI for Retail Forum 2026 and the 6th Asia's Best Commerce Awards, organised by NEXX, co-organised by the Hong Kong Society of Artificial Intelligence and Innovation (HKSAII) and The Best Practices of eCommerce Alliance, supported by Hong Kong SAR Government's Digital Policy Office, and hosted at KPMG Hong Kong.

Bringing together business leaders, technology experts, retailers, and innovators, the forum explored how organisations can prepare for the next phase of AI-powered commerce under the theme "Dual-Engine Growth: Balancing Token Dynamics (Computational Power) and Human Capital in AI-Powered Commerce." 

Representing DJM Consulting, CEO Deric Wong was invited to serve as an Award Presenter at the 6th Asia's Best Commerce Awards, recognising organisations that are driving innovation and excellence across retail, e-commerce, digital transformation, AI, customer experience, and commerce technology.

One message resonated throughout the forum: AI adoption is no longer the competitive advantage—organisational readiness is.

As AI becomes increasingly embedded into business operations, competitive differentiation will come from how organisations combine technology with leadership, culture, governance, and strategic decision-making.
